Order Processing:
Once your order is received, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for our team to process and ship your order during business days. We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (eastern time).

Those orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 

Shipping
We Ship domestically within the United States and to Canada via USPS and Fedex, both trusted shipping carriers known for their reliability and efficiency. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

We don’t ship internationally. 

Shipping Cost

We want to make your experience smooth and comfortable, we offer free shipping for orders of $80USD and up. 

Shipping Timeframes:
Please refer to USPS and FEDEX time in transit maps to determine the shipping frame. Once your order is shipped, our system will send you an email notification with the tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You can calculate the estimated delivery time for domestic shipments within the United States by visiting the USPS website. We recommend logging in and providing the necessary shipment details to receive the most accurate rate and delivery time information.
